I have a pet goose that has what sounds like respiratory issue and one eye is watering. I am trying to just find a feed that has antibiotics in it and start with that. What is out there? When I search medicated feed all I get is treatment for coccidiosis and that is not his issue. He is separated from the flock and no there is no avian vet near by for assistance, hence the medicated feed. But shoot me a brand with antibiotics and a store to purchase it from please :)

Are you in the United States? If not where about are you located?

In most countries including the USA, feeds containing antibiotics are not available or have been banned.
I believe Tylan 50 is suitable for respiratory infections in chickens (don't know much about turkeys) and can be purchased from farm stores as injectable but can also be to dosed orally.
Of course, if your turkey has a viral infection an antibiotic will not necessarily be effective.
