If you dont know if a, or which bacteria is the reason for this sneezing it's not good idea to give antibiotics imo.

Sometimes sneezing chickens heal without ab and sometimes sneezing chickens die with ab. And sometimes sneezing chickens cure with ab or die without ab.

Agreed. I would keep an eye on her, and if necessary quarantine for further observation. The naturals (garlic, oregano, ACV, etc) never hurt either.

Ditto. I'd recommend an antibiotic in a heartbeat if the OP stated there was more symptoms other than sneezing.
