Can antibiotics be given to chickens for more than 1 round? If so how do I do it time-wise?

I posted in here not too long ago about my sick buff silkie. I gave her Tylan 50 twice a day for a week and she improved. I've also put terramycin opthalmic ointment in her eye for a about a week and a half. I switched the terramycin for Microcyn and I've been doing that since. Her eyes are still a little stuck together sometimes and her eyes are now bubbly. Any help will be appreciated.
P.S. -she isn't in pain and she's acting normal (eating drinking pooping, but not laying) besides the eye issue so I won't be putting her down unless she is in pain.
-Thanks!!

I've called the nearby vets and they said they don't deal with chickens.
I understand.
A lot of vets may not see chickens, but some may perform tests on swabs that you take to them.

Other avenues to explore would be sending some swabs to your State Lab - you don't have a location in your profile - so you can find a list here: http://www.metzerfarms.com/PoultryLabs.cfm

There is also independent labs that will accept samples as well like this one:

Do you know if I'm able to give her another round of tylan in the meantime?
