Any advice on the lump? Latest photos of wound.

Here are the latest photos of the wound on my 9 month old sexlink hen's tail from a dog bite. Wound is 4 days old.

I am worried about the bluish lump. Can anyone say what it is? It is at the base of the tail next to the preen gland. I first noticed it after a day but it might have been there from the start. Is that infection, swelling or some anatomy popped out?
