Over the past few months, I have gotten quite the attention on Instagram.
I am doing my first official commission art piece for some Breyer photographer who wanted me to do a memorial sketch for her idol’s horse. So that has been tonight’s project.

Here’s an acrylic painting I finished last night and one from a few months ago.

An experiment. Going to try and adapt a style that's used by another planetscaping artist I know and combine it with my own style and see what comes out of it. I'm betting once I show it to him he's going to try the same thing if it works out. This will take a few days. Maybe done by the weekend, and I'll tease progress, as usual

The Instagram member that wanted me to do this asked me if I sketched horses, (after seeing one of my other animal sketches) so I told her yes, I do. Then she came back and wanted me to sketch this for her Idol (the owner of the horse).

Has anyone tried Procreate Pocket? That’s the only version I’d be able to get, so I’m curious to see if anyone has any experience before I purchase it. Some reviews say that it doesn’t have as many of the features as the iPad version, but those were a little on the older side, so I’m not sure if it’s still accurate.
