I'm not doing inktober this year cause it turns out the creator was an art thief
and a lot of people aren't supporting him anymore
There are lots of similar alternatives though, I haven't got around to drawing anything because of schoolwork and procrastination.

I don't support the inktober creator but i do enjoy the prompt lists. I'm a couple days behind already tho I was doing so well

Same here, I have really fallen out of drawing so I use the prompt list to hold myself to drawing something (anything!) everyday. My drawings typically take days to weeks to do so it's good to loosen up and just doodle sometimes!

Oh, I'm not too far behind. I just have to do rodent today. I'm gonna do a rat, but not the nasty kind, the cute pet kind.

I did a nasty rat....chasing a turkey...with an ax...
Long story short, I've been doing Inktober prompts with some friends on facebook and some people that want to play along but aren't comfortable drawing are giving me special requests to go with the prompt. lol

Disclaimer, I found an existing cartoon character to work off of and just modified it to suit my "needs". lol, It's still encouraging me to draw everyday! I'm not sure what I'm going to doodle for tomorrow's "fancy" though.

Loons are also a favorite.Some other birds but not chickens as yet.
