Here are some sketches I did of characters from a story I'm working on with my sister.
I was mainly working on hair designs and clothing designs for different characters though. So I didn't bother going through the trouble of drawing eyes, they look better without them anyways.

Thank you, it feels good, I am working on expressions!
I put, "who is this", because when it was just a head, neck, and shoulders, I didn't know quite who it would be, then I decided on an LoZ character!

My problem is, that I can't decide on a design for my own characters, whenever I think of a design I like, I always change my mind, any tips?

I've been trying really hard to draw some people, but I just cant get it, so I mainly stick with what I can do successfully.
