Our printer has recently been acting up and I have plans to buy a new one so that my parents don't have to.
I also don't have the right paper material

Gotcha gotcha. Its not terribly expensive to get the paper, like $10 on Amazon. If you were ever interested

this up over the weekend as an experiment. It's called "Verde Quadrant". It has GITD paints as well as LED's in the back of the panel (and holes in the canvas) to give it some light at night.
