Well... Here is a.... gem. It's a shrugging vulture. It couldn't find food. There's context but I haven't asked permission to share someone else's writing.

Very nice , but as a bird expert, in my opinion, those wings should not be that low.
Try placing them right where his shoulder blades are! If you want to that is!

I'm still mad his feathers got cut up, and I did that myself.

Very nice , but as a bird expert, in my opinion, those wings should not be that low.
Try placing them right where his shoulder blades are! If you want to that is!

Initially I think they were higher, but then I lowered them to not interfere with the use of his arms. I was looking at bird bone structures today, and realize now that this would put bones running through his organ cavity. I think I'm ok with that... I may have to alter the structure just to make it semi-functional But I do like it better lower. I'm hoping he isn't too top heavy. XD

Oh memories

I actually find the way you place the wings on the back way more appealing than on the shoulders. It seems more anatomically correct if they were on a person. Plus the balance would be really odd if they were positioned up there. :3
