That's just his coloring of the fur. He doesn't glow but I guess it would kind of give that impression o:

Yes actually! I haven't been active as of late but I do want to return. Just had to take a break. My project was killing me but maybe in 25347 years I'll finally finish it lol Thank you so much though c:
