I just created an OC, and a person I know named him John Doe. Probably better than anything I could have come up with lol.
Anyway, he is a Nightwing/Sandwing hybrid named John Doe. Does not have any cool back story yet, but I just felt like making a black and gold dragon so here he is:

Well, heh, funny story..
These two aren’t my OCs, they’re @_-Captain BRM-_ ‘s. Leif is an animus IceWing who granted shapeshifting abilities to Fae (who’s usually in SeaWing form). She’s queen of the IceWings and SeaWings. Leif kinda went nuts, and another animus cast a spell that stopped his from ever casting any more spells.

I honestly don't have too much development for mine, but basically in some goofy wof au of mine there's an icewing tribe on a planet i made in like third grade with a crap ton of whatever living on it, basically the queen fell in love with a seawing so the now we have Blue and Frost yipp e e

So Blue I came up with in 5th grade i thi
nk, you can thank the pandemic for that. Frost also in 5th grade some time, but she was originally gonna be a caticorn because the but now she's a dragon that looks nothing like one lmao

How'd you learn to draw dragon anatomy so well? I would love to be able to draw my dragon characters but I struggle a lot with drawing something there's no real reference of

I really struggle with that too.
I ended up kinda figuring things our by looking up “how would dragon anatomy work in real life.”
Cats are good references. And bats.
I ended up using drawings as references before because I gave up looking. Normally I would never use a drawing as a reference but I changed it enough that I felt ok with it.

Unintentionally my dragons often end up horse-like, especially their faces. But I feel they should be more reptilian.
