I still don't get it. You can have ducks!!!!!! Mosquitos ... Water...... But not chickens. Are you kidding me. Something stinks in kent/Putnam ny. Really!!!!!

Hi there. I know this is an old post but I just joined. I live in Cortlandt. We are allowed to keep 4 hens but no roosters. I just called the town hall code enforcement office to find out the exact laws. I ordered my baby chicks yesterday!
