Any Breed Guesses on this 7-month Old with Mixed Silkie-Phoenix-other Parentage and Featherless Legs?

This chicken is about 7 months old and came from parents in our flock who allegedly came from Silkie & Phoenix bloodlines, but there could be other DNA mixed in, too. I think it's a pullet because of slightness of head features, and that's not really important to us. I'm really curious about the breed. Other than our barred rock birds, this is the only one with no feathers on her legs.

Her feathers definitely look similar to the silkie mixes in your flock the color reminds me a bit of a Sapphire Gem as well- very pretty!
