Any Charity Knitters/Crocheters?

I have been very blessed with people giving me all sorts of yarn lately. I would like to give back and use my knitting skills to help someone else. I am searching for a charity to knit for.
So far I have found knit a square which makes blankets for AIDS children in Africa and Helping Angels In Need which is knitted goods for premature babies and burial garments, etc. This hits home with me as I lost a baby boy in 2004 at nearly 7 months pregnant so I know I will send them something, and my daughter who is 7 and knitting now wants to send some squares to the other one, are there any others?
I have heard of hats for cancer patients?

i know alot of the animal shelters want blankets and check with nursing homes too..
