I wish I could find one from the side...she had a huge tail that stood up just like yours. Unfortunately I lost her before I got very many pics of her.
 
I agree with RR. At three weeks, the comb is large and red, indicating a male. A pullet would have a much smaller pink comb. It's usually pretty obvious with single combs. Pea and rose combs are sometimes a little harder to tell with.
