Here's something else might help. https://daragallery.wordpress.com/2013/07/22/sanitizing-feathers-for-crafts/Ooh this is perfect I've been wondering about the best method to clean feathers for crafts, dreamcatchers or the like, anyone have any advice?
Tried it once. Tends to slide off very quickly. So I used a white crayon to make borders (the wax tended to detach and float away if the watercolour was too wet, so that was fun). And then I sprayed with a fixative. It seemed to work fine, but I don't dare scratch it. (Honestly, I have no idea where it is right now, or I'd try to do pictures—for the effects. Not the drawing itself. It was pretty messy.)I have a question for crafters. Does watercolor paint work on glass to have translucent colors? Can it was off (being watercolors)?
