He's the big dude staring you down. He doesn't appreciate having his picture taken, so this is the best I've got :-( I say "he" because in a week he's doubled in size compared to his litter mate. Help/guesses please?

Your best bet might be going by voice. Usually by 4 or 5 weeks, their voices start changing from just peeps. Females start quacking or honking and drakes will still either peep or the peep will turn more raspy or monotone. That's how I've managed to sex all of my currently 6 week old mallard bunch.They sure are cute but still too young to tell gender other than vent sexing.
