Any guess on their gender

I have 3 BOs that are 5 weeks old today and 2 RIRs that are suppose to be 14 to 15 weeks old but I really dont know. If you think you know the sex of the Buffs and the sex and age of the RIRs I would appreciate any input. Thanks

All look like pullets, but keep an eye on Beech. S/he could be a slow maturing cockerel, but that doesn't happen very often.
