Any guess on this pullet?

We picked up three birds recently that we were told were Marans. One cuckoo and two black copper. I don’t doubt that the cuckoo is a cuckoo, but I can’t decide on the other two. Are they BCM, Black marans, or something completely different? A friend thought maybe they had ayam cemani in them since their faces are so dark, but their skin isn’t black. I think they look like crows

Not marans or ayam cemani by the looks of it. It's got willow legs. And red leakage.
Seems like a mix. What it is a mix of... I don't know.

I would definitely guess she's mixed because of the leg color. She looks like she has Marans in her to me though. That leg color makes me wonder if they didn't use a Cuckoo hen to make some Black Sex Links.

They’re hatchery birds, so I assume they’re just a really bad example of something. The person we got them from ordered like 100 birds from a hatchery and raised them to this age to resell.

If they came from a hatchery she probably is a Black Sex Link.

I would definitely guess she's mixed because of the leg color. She looks like she has Marans in her to me though. That leg color make me wonder if they didn't use a Cuckoo hen to make some Black Sex Links.

I could see Marans in her, but the Marans would have to be crossed to a yellow legged chicken, then the offspring crossed to each other, otherwise it would have white legs.
Or she has yellow legs, but the black is darkening them.

Whatever the black genes come from have given them shiny feathers that are greens and reds if you catch them in the light just right.
