Any Guesses - Cockerel/Pullet?

The white one I think is a cockerel, as for the pullets, I think the orange one is a pullet, same with the black one.

I agree with this. White is a roo and black and orange are pullets.

To me the brown one looks like a boy too. Just my opinion to keep it realiztic that they are still young so could still go either way.

Do you mean the charcoal/blue one or the orange/buff one?

the charcoal is female, I don't think there is any question on that one. It's not the white one so yeah that only leaves the orange one which to me looks light brown. Let us know either way please once they are a bit older.

a better labelling might be, charcoal = female, white = male, orange = undecided
