In the pic you cant see it, but he/she has fluffy cheeks. But her brother/sister does not have the fluffy cheeks.

My guess is Black Copper Maran. But I am a noob and don't know much.

Puffy cheeks and Green color in the Legs I would say it is a EE ( Easter Egger)

no its not a term meaning mutt. EEs are chickens who have a known lineage with aracuanas or americanas be it 1st gen or 21st gen somewhere along the way this little guy had a colored egg layer. If it turns out to be a hen it can lay eggs anywhere in the spectrum. White to Dark Brown Green to Blue. Though EEs are in fact pretty much mutts they are called EE standing for Easter Egger which is for the color of eggs laid.
