Can you get a picture of the primary wing feathers? The primary wing feathers are the wing tips of a bird.That will tell us if it's an Indian Blue or if it's Split to Pied/White. I think it could be since I can see a White spot near the wrist of the wing. If you want accurate sexing get some photos of the wings mainly. I almost want to guess female since the feathers are more of a dark brown instead of a bright orangish color. When you post a picture of the wing stretched out I will make a final decision.
That peachicks is an Indian Blue Split to White/Pied. I'm going to stick with peahen as my guess. Post some pictures again when the chick is 3 weeks old. I like seeing how my guesses turn out. Peachicks show big differences between sexes when three weeks old like these two chicks of mine.
