Some banties we still haven't identified from the TSC banty bin. I was told Ideal was the hatchery. I have looked & looked trying to identify these, but haven't come up with anything.
Anyone else, now that they are older?
Two views of the same bird. Probably a roo, as it has much bigger legs than most of the other banties. Not sure what to call its comb - I'm too new to this to know.
This has a lovely pattern of color. No clue as to what it is.
This one will perch on top of the mason jar feeder and PEEP very loudly and with much authority, flapping wings and seeming to declare itself ruler of the brooder! Legs aren't particularly big, and it has very little comb, but it sure behaves like a roo!
It is white where it isn't yellow fluff.
