We got these guys from a bird auction to find our Rouen a mate. I’m pretty sure the black may be a Cayuga Duck. But I’m baffled at the beautiful brown and white girl. And is this peacock a girl or boy??

I think casportpony may have peafowl so you might consider asking her. If that's not the case then asking on the peafowl forum might be more helpful.

The peacock looks like a juvenile male. The females are dull in color and only have a little green on their necks.

I wanted the Cayuga for so long, but she was in the crate with him, and I fell in love the moment I saw her. And she likes to be called Harley (surprise, surprise). Saffron is the Cayuga drake. He was wanted so our Rouen had a mate. Now I’m pretty sure we may have a mix between a Cayuga and a Rouen on the way. The Rouens name is Onyx.

The peacock looks like a juvenile male. The females are dull in color and only have a little green on their necks.

He is a male indeed. And he’s been dubbed Samson. And already protecting like we wanted him to. Garage door left open and he’s making sure no one is going in unless it’s momma or daddy.

Wow she's so pretty!

She’s our only survivor from our first bird crew. We had 13 then and a random stray dog came back for about a week to 2 months and tried to make sure he got every last one. She’s a spoiled duck now for sure. She’s allowed in the house and everything. The fiancé swore he’d never have a house animal. Til we found out those birds meant more than we thought. We knew we loved them, but it was almost like loosing kids. My birds are my peace.
