I feel like a bad dog mom and a POS and I miss him so much.![]()
Aww, you aren't a bad dog mom. Look at you! I know it feels that way, since you can't physically be with him and give him everything you'd like to... But you're doing the hard thing! You're putting his needs and wants before your own because you love him so much. That sounds like an AMAZING dog mom to me.Not likely. They donāt allow animals in the group home AFAIK and I might be able to get an apartment eventually but even that will be a while because there literally are none atm lol at least not through the company Iām working with. And even if I got one, it would probably be with a roommate and I still might not be able to have him. But honestly, even if I could have him right now, I am not sure I would take him back. Yes, I miss him dearly and I miss walking with him and playing with him and the snuggles when Iām sad, and his Chewbacca noises and other silly antics, etc. etc. BUT!!!!!!! He has another dog to play with there. Heās getting food cooked for him every night and plenty of treats. Lots of land to run around. Endless chipmunks to chase. I genuinely believe he is (or will be if he isnāt already) happier there. And I have to think of his happiness. I genuinely think it would be cruel to let him live with another dog as long as he is going to be and on land and then rip him away from that and stick him in an apartment to sleep all day while Iām at Club and maybe get a couple leash walks a day. I was failing him with my depression. Heās happier there.
Awwwwwww thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!Aww, you aren't a bad dog mom. Look at you! I know it feels that way, since you can't physically be with him and give him everything you'd like to...
