I also don't see how that comb is big.

The chick is 8 weeks old. Pullets combs are usually undeveloped at that point. This guy has a well developed comb and wattles, along with the redness. There's no doubt to me he's a he.

2 months and 2 weeks are 10-11 weeks. that chicken is not eight weeks

I missed the 2 week part but still, pullets don't start to develop until close to laying. More like 4+ months. Except leghorns. The girls get big combs. I'm sure there's other exceptions.

This is the one that has same markings and his are turning yellow and not white. So I'm not exactly sure if they for sure are australorp buff crosses. I'm no expert either

They are australorp x BOs. Usually the coloring is buff and black, but if the black australorp had a silver gene then that can be passed on instead.
