I bought this little pullet from a guy who had mostly RIRs. She doesnt appear to be growing much. She has 5 toes (one high up pointing backwards) On both feet. Appears to be a bantam of some sort..no eggs yet.

    Any ideas as to breed?

She is a crossbreed. Considering her crest, five toes, and small size, chances are she is a Silkie cross.

I don't think Silkies are involved in the cross because feather legged gene is dominant so it would have them. They almost look like
    Watermaals.

with the blue earlobe and 5 toes and crest, I'd say a silkie is in her back ground somewhere

Silkies have intermediate ptilopody (leg/foot feathering), and can have two dominate genes for foot feathering, or one dominate and a recessive gene. In my experience with Silkie crosses a little less then 50% of the chicks hatched without foot feathering.
