I bought this bantam as a chick and she was the only girl out of 5 boys. Her mom was dark Cornish bantam. This hen is about 1 year and 3 months lays light colored eggs and is very broody. She has already hatched 7 broods of chicks for a young age. She is very pretty. Almost some blue r gray in her.

Can get better pics. And btw her legs r like a greyish blue- slate color. Thanks for any help all Ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you I've always thought maybe Wyandotte also bet she represents a Cornish abit to much for she is very short legged and stocky. I just don't know what her father could have been for her to get colored legs. ?

Does she have a pea comb? It's hard to tell by the pictures. If so, she looks nearly purebred Cornish. If she has a rose comb, she is nearly purebred Wyandotte.

Definitely has Dark Cornish blood, she shows it strong. But she isn't a purebred. Mutts can be tricky sometimes, but given the body, comb, and plumage I would make a (hazardous) guess as to her having some Blue Laced Red Wyandotte as well.

she is very pretty regardless and very worthwhile as a broody

Thanks everyone. And as for the comb it is even hard to tell in person. It is very small and smooth almost like there's nothing there.

Here r some of her brothers I'll try to get better pics. Can u help with these their mom was also dark Cornish.
