Any Home Bakers Here?

Thanks for sharing the video! Where do you find your raw milk?
Check around to see if any of your neighbors have a milking cow although milking goats are far more common here than are milking cows. You could put a wanted ad on the Wyoming craigslist to help locate someone or ask at the local feed store. Some of the local feed stores (especially the non-chain stores) keep a bulletin board for their customers to post for sale and wanted ads.

Farmer up the road, I'm a member of a heard share program. Here are some sources in WY.

Thank you both!

I could be wrong but my mother used to make those and all she had was a waffle iron. She did not have a "pizelle maker".

The biggest thing is if you call it pizzelle you use anise not vanilla just my humble opinion did find this

"This recipe calls for a batter-like dough and is baked on a pizzelle iron. Powdered sugar adds an elegant touch. In the Italian version, vanilla is replaced by anise. Chocolate may also be used."

Just do not see the why for to have one more thing in the cupboards.. Our kitchen has large about of cupboards quite well thought out we did not fill them when we moved here but have succeeded in filling them in 3 years :gig:clap

Got started on the Christmas cookies, lots more to come. I have Mocha Pinwheels and Coconut Shortbread doughs chilling :D

I'll need to go to town tomorrow to get a few more supplies to make other kinds. All of a sudden it feels like time is running out!
