Any Home Bakers Here?

I was once again inspired by this thread! This time to get a clay baker. I used the gift card that work gives me each year to buy

I baked a chicken in it yesterday. The green in the picture is parsley. It was moist and tender. The baker pushed the flavor from the parsley and onions into the meat very well too

I've had a few photos stored up, and Hubs recently helped me get them uploaded. I'll be posting a few more, but here's a pic of the very first thing I made in my new Romertopf baker. It was herb chicken w/lemon, and I also added some veggies (most are underneath the chicken). It was pretty good, but I liked the turkey I made in it the other day better. Still learning how to use it. I may try some bread in it next!
