glad someone paid more attention



always have used olive oil never had it go rancid
There were reports of some of them over heating. Something to do with the electronics. I did not read about any of them popping under pressure. The safety for that seems to be working great
 
I started making green chili and pork this morning after slow cooking the pork roast all night. Went out and did some repairs, when I came back in the aroma in the kitchen was fabulous.
Sounds great!

What will you bake to go along with it? Mexican corn bread?
