@Aria emailed a picture of the bread she made by doubling the recipe. It looks great!

The Recipe Post #8 Bread In 5 minutes jknox1982. When I first made the recipe it made one 2 pound loaf and one 1 pound loaf.

I wanted to double the recipe to make three 2 pound loaves. I doubled the recipe (with Ron's help). I did NOT want to double salt....Ron said: try 1 1/2 tlbs and MORE FLOUR. Of course Ron was
"right on". The salt taste was fine and I added more flour 16-17 cups...when the dough felt right. This thread and the people on it...Helped me again. Aria

Good job on doubling!

Making a traditional Easter Cheese Cake:
16oz ricotta cheese
1/2 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 eggs
1 Hershey Chocolate Bar Grated
Mix the first five ingredients in your mixer
Fold in the grated chocolate bar

Crust
l cup of flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
In a bowl beat with a fork all together:
3 tablespoons canola oil
1 egg
2 tablespoons cold milk
Mix the dry ingredients, make a hole in dry mixture...pour in
ingredients in the bowl...mix dough to form a ball. You may need
more flour t o roll out dough...it will be sticky.
Roll out dough to form a 10inch for a Deep Tin. Add the
filling to the rolled out crust. bake 325 oven 30-45 minutes.
Leave on a rack to Cool. Carefully remove to rack. I sometimes leave in tin and cut pieces to serve. NOT EASY TO REMOVE.
This is our traditional Easter Cheese Cake. ENJOY. Aria
