Any Home Bakers Here?

My DH is an engineer - I must feed him angle food all the time, lol!
He is the one who bought a box mix for an angel food cake because I didn't get a cake for my birthday back in April (I was recouping from surgery at the time). BTW, it is still sitting on the counter waiting to be made.

So....when are you going to make it?

cherry pie filling, Danish Cherry Sauce, Cherry BBQ Sauce, cherry juice and Spirited Cherries (Amaretto & Southern Comfort). I usually just do Pie filling but the rest of the recipes sounded pretty darn good. Have cherries in the freezer for a batch of Black Forest Sauce (more of a Jam than a sauce, but it is a good filling for cookies, cupcakes or between cake layers .

I finally made Lemon Bars. Not the cheesecake version because I am making a cheesecake this week.
Nice job!

7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, just until the edges begin to darken. Let cool on baking sheet.

This is text and can be copied and pasted into a Document. Documents are good because you can adjust the recipe if you need to.
Is the attached file on this post a PDF? I could open that. I rarely use a computer. You taught me how to get a video to post.
