Any Home Bakers Here?

Hey, fellow bakers! Quandry here - can I bake a Boneless Pit Ham tonight, slice it and put it in a crock-pot to warm it up tomorrow morning? or am I going to dry it out?
It is smoked and fully cooked, I just want to put a brown-sugar glaze on it.
That should work fine. The crock pot holds moisture.

You could add a bit of water in the morning if it looks like you need to
