Any Home Bakers Here?

Just a note about the google sheets baker's index. At the bottom of the spreadsheet, there are seven tabs, representing the category of the recipes. So if you want to find a diner or vegetable recipe, you would click on that tab. There are two little arrows at the bottom of the sheet to help you navigate the tabs.

Bob, I don't remember hearing about Aerogarden before so looked them up. Do you have one of their set ups for growing things inside?
two of them. I should have started them weeks ago, but need to get a table for them to sit on. Stole the for my new work computer. They work well. Last year I had lettuce in one and cherry tomatoes in the other. The grandkids loved picking their own tomatoes, but I quickly found they could eat them faster than I could grow them.

Where is it located now please went looking on the first page nope where did you stick it now please .... I made doughnuts powdered sugar to dunk them

Easy Italian Bread
3-4 cups warm water
6 cups of flour
4 tsp sugar
4 tsp salt
4 tsp yeast
1 cup warm water add yeast (let sit 5 mins)
Place flour in a LARGE Bowl...( I used King Arthur Bread Flour)
Add water to flour...little at a time
Keep mixing (May take 3 or 4 cups of water)(mine took 3 1/2 cups
Add water with yeast...Stir with Danish Whisk
Dough will be Smooth....not sticky...
Knead in the bowl ... remove grease bowl ...set to rise warm place l hour
Remove from bowl...Knead on lightly floured board
Place back in oiled bowl to Rise for an additional Hour
Remove from bowl...roll 1/4 inch thick...divide in half and shape
Roll tightly towards you and shape...Place on a parchment cookie
floured sheet. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake 375 degree oven 50 minutes. Coll on a rack Recipe: makes two large two pound
loaves.
