I have stumbled across this lovely 'little' thread and have skimmed though some of the recipes. I enjoy cooking and baking and tend to stress bake for some strange reason.

The reason I posted something was to ask you guys a question. What is your go to recipe for using eggs?

My bantams laying has picked up and so has my muscovies. My standard chickens are just now starting to lay too. Soon I'll be over run with eggs! What recipes you use with an abundance of eggs to go through?
