I’m going to make cutout cookies today for a friends cancer benefit on Saturday. I’ll freeze them until Friday and then frost them. I’m doing 2 dozen cupcakes too but I can make them Friday. I’m using these cute toppers.

Thank you!Slow rising could be temperature related - water added to the dough was cooler than usual or the temp in the room was cool. Great looking bread!

Molasses instead of sugar. The malt powder is not as necessary but will still help.Ron the molasses instead of sugar or with it
Molasses adds a nice flavor to bread.My bread rises quite nicely just good to know should there be a problem so thank you would still be fine for BF
