Any Home Bakers Here?

I’m going to make cutout cookies today for a friends cancer benefit on Saturday. I’ll freeze them until Friday and then frost them. I’m doing 2 dozen cupcakes too but I can make them Friday. I’m using these cute toppers.

Slow rising could be temperature related - water added to the dough was cooler than usual or the temp in the room was cool. Great looking bread!

Try using malt powder, a teaspoon for a loaf. You can also use molasses that will enhance the rise too

My bread rises quite nicely just good to know should there be a problem so thank you would still be fine for BF
Molasses adds a nice flavor to bread.

If using spelt or other low gluten fours or grains, enhancing will help keep the bread from being too heavy
