3tbsp. dijon
2tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp italiian seasoning
HEAT oven 425 will make 2 lbs potato
Mix seasoning ingredients spread potato onto bottom of sprayed 13x9 pan
add mustard mixture, toss to coat
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender stirring occasionally

FYI I intend to put the seasoning in a gallon bag and shake

I have pecans and walnuts now. I can’t decide if I want banana walnut or pecan biscotti.
:D Yes, I’ve considered making banana walnut muffins/bread and the pecan biscotti. Or tree nut biscotti. Maybe butter pecan ice cream... :lau I need to figure it out.

also added bacon crumbles but did shake mixture in a gallon bag lot's better
than trying to pour it over
I like putting coating ingredients into a bag too. It helps with cleanup for sure

TO POACH AN EGG Put about 1/2 inch of water in a frying pan. Add 1 teaspoon of white vinegar and bring to a simmer - do not let the water come to a boil. Crack the egg into a small bowl. lower the bowl to just above the water level and tip the egg into the simmering water. Cover and cook for 4 minutes - do not let the water boil. I turn the heat down to the lowest setting after adding the eggs.
