I just took some bananas out to defrost, and ate a walnut. It tasted like hospital medical supplies smell.
Making biscotti... maybe without walnuts.

I am sorry about the walnut!

Did you freeze them too? That usually keeps nuts from going rancid

I might have eaten a few biscotti as I was cutting them. I’m not sure. I mean, I think I felt something in my mouth. Something sweet, and maybe some nuts. Tasted distinctly of a banana. Not sure.
