I love pork roasts, they're very versatile. How are you planning on fixing it Penny?

Sometimes I'll make a pasty mixture with olive oil and spices. Rub it all over the pork roast and let it sit in the fridge for a few hours. Then bake it up in the oven. Yum!

Aria, I think its less about time period and more about available lumber/timber as well as milling equipment. Which, can translate to time as well.
