Any Home Bakers Here?

The starter I made worked fine after 2 weeks.
The one I am keeping alive and well (from Ron ) works fine after
2 weeks too. Jared, get Ron's Starter, follow his directions and
you will make the BEST Sourdough Bread. I KNEW nothing about
Sourdough Baking....,followed BYC , this forum and all is well.
(special thanks to Ron, Penny, Debby, Rob)and others. BUT RON
was my #l Teacher. AND I make Sourdough Bread every two weeks and it ALWAYS is the BEST. Good Luck, Aria

I makes me very that the sourdough is working so well for you!
 
I have a starter that is quite nice on the recipes of making your own calls for yogurt if I recall I have one for Ron but combined them about a year ago
Over time, a starter will change to the local yeast at your place. Combining is a good idea
 
Hope you all feel better. I have been taking Astragalus Root
I usually take during the Flu season around here and stop in April.
Have not had a cold or flu since taking. Who knows? Prescribed
by Dr. Weil. (he usually wears black clothing and has a large
white beard) Aria
