About the Leicester I made on April 4th......

Due to some problems, I had to take it out. However, it tastes amazing. 22 days is the amount of time to age it for my taste.

Dinner was steaks marinated all day fried rice .. Son had the great idea took a fritter then 3 scoops ice cream also the new corelle just got thought it was pretty neat

morning all hamburgers potato salad tonight but major clean out in the main coop today

Just baked Soft Chewy Oatmeal Cookies...more sugar and butter
than I usually use....the cookies were very delicious...said Floyd:
All in One Bowl
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 t cinnamon
3 cups old fashioned oats
STIR
Add: 1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1 1/2 t vanilla extract
STIR
Add: 1/2 cup butter
l cup dried cranberries and dried cherries
STIR
Add: 1 cup chopped walnuts
Drop tablespoon....flatten with wet hand

375 oven 17 minutes Made 29 cookies
