Any Home Bakers Here?

We had chicken on the grill the other night - I cut the monster sized, homegrown, boneless/skinless chicken breasts into 1/3's and pounded them all about 3/8" thick. They cook evenly and quick that way. We had grilled chicken sandwiches the first night and then sliced another 2 up for chicken tacos the next night.
DH also likes Chicken Parmesan with the pounded chicken, then pan fried with egg and flour, then provalone broiled on top. Serve with spaghetti and spaghetti sauce.

I had cockerel noodle soup last night. I still have four more to get around to processing.

The last time I made chicken tikka masala I did not split the breast and pound the chicken flat. It makes a very big difference.

Next time I will though. The recipe does not say to do that but I will anyway.
 
Hey all still here of all things had to go into town Chehalis with Son way to early this morning stopped at the appliance store BF is getting me a new frigidaire for my birthday he wanted to know the size of the water line for the water in so he can run it under the house went in gal says you brought us bread yup I did surprised you remembered
