My crumpet rings arrived the other day. Made some the next morning. Mmmmmm..
I'm glad that I got the metal rings. I think that they heat up more than silicone would.

It was definitely worth making them. I believe it’s worth offering a few tips.
Keep the heat down enough to allow the inside to cook before you risk burning the outside.
To reheat or finish cooking, bake @400* for ten minutes.

I use a biscuit cutter for English muffins. They do not need to be cooked in rings
