Maybe the chicken livers are in the meat section of the freezer?We're having Rumaki and rice for dinner tonight! It's been way too long since we've had it, for some reason our grocery stores rarely have chicken livers in stock. I was thinking that for those of you who process your own birds, this might be something to try.

It is possible that they sell out quickly. Chicken livers are often used as baitDifferent stores seem to keep them in different places. In the past, I've found them in the fresh chicken section or in the frozen. For some reason, neither of my local stores have them in either section very often.
Maybe they just all get sold out before I want them? DH & I love liver though (and it does make for an inexpensive meal).
