Any Home Bakers Here?

She had given it to Ma they used it for chicken the only thing they did not boil so it is more than 100 years old but solid as the day made
That's a lot of great history! I've had mine for 40+ years. My sister gave it to me, and I think of her every time I use it.

Chop up a potato, cook it then add all those omelette ingredients and you have a frittata. Yum.

Mmmm I love a nice frittata :drool Thanks for the idea!

I make a pretty good Tortilla de Patatas too with onions potatoes and eggs. Just haven’t figured out omelettes.

No Fungi here I am not quite as bad as Bullchick
I don’t do fungi either. I can’t get past the texture.

Made tarter sauce but one addition to the recipe was the cloves add a bit of spice bite to it

Tartar Sauce

1/4 cup pickles dill and sweet
4 tbsp yellow Mustard
4 tbsp Dijon Mustard
3 tbsp Honey
1 cup Mayo
3 tbsp Dill
2 tsp ground Cloves

Make at least 3 hours before serving.
That looks good! I never thought of honey or the spices or the mustard. Always used dill pickles, mayo, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Salt and pepper of course. I’ll have to try yours!
