I love my outdoor kitchen. I do most of my summer canning outside.

I could get heat stroke using an out door kitchen here in the Summer!

Me too, but I do all the work in the AC and the cooking out there. It's all about balance.

We do have AC through-out the house. And I do bake less...not much less. And we are at the Cottage most of the time. I bake on the days
we are at home. It works. Aria

That often works in the Summer but sometimes it is hot in the Morning and after dark here can be 9:30 and over 95F.
