It’s been raining all week so DD3 made what we call a Thunder Cake. It’s a spice cake with a maple glaze on top. I’m having trouble staying out if it.

Does thunder cake create thunder thighs? Asking for a friend.

I am a little embarrassed to admit that I bought about 75 pounds of organic white flour I found on sale hoping to get me through a couple of years... pre-apocalyptic Coronavirus craziness.
I had to buy a large container to store some of it in... now just waiting for a good excuse to start using it!
But I wanted to see what you guys are stocking up on to get through this: who knows what is going on?

I just took our regular shopping items and doubled the amount, that equals about a month's supply of food. Didn't really do anything out of the ordinary other than that.

Dinner tonight is pot roast cooked in the crock pot. Dessert is individual brownies! Can't wait for dinner!

Unfortunately yes. Also bubble butt & bubble belly. That maple glaze is evil & addictive. I told her next time to triple the batch & poke holes in the cake before pouring it on.

I have a pineapple cake that makes me eat it one slice after another!

It has a cream cheese glaze that melts into the top of the cake

Debbys PB cake with the light, fluffy PB frosting is my biggest nemesis. I will eat it bit by bit all day & night till it’s gone.
