Oven off...All Cool. My husband turned the Air Conditioner on. He likes
to run it at least once yearly. Says, you really need to ...to make sure all
is fine. OK. Aria

When DD2 got to college her roommate had brought a wireless router. Told her the password was "bagel". DD2 tried it a couple of times, didn't work. Turned out the roomie thought is was spelled "bagle"


I pull it out, feed it and wait for it to get foamy. Is that wrong or does either method work OK?

Yep. We've made triple berry jam. Raspberry, blackberry and gooseberry. The gooseberry has enough pectin that you don't need to add any.

Making a double batch of @N F C burger buns. Rising FAST in this heat and humidity. Probably time to go shape them. Double batch because DD1 and her BF are supposed to show up end of next week. Can't bake with gluten flour while she is here.

That’s what I do Bruce. My bread turns out good as long as I bake it in a standard bread pan.

I made burger buns last night. They were so good! I ate another burger cold at midnight. Oh I guess I should have confessed that in the sin bin. Today I made pate brisee in the KA with the paddle. All these great pie dough recipes made in Cuisinart food processors which I do not have nor have room for! I read somewhere it works fine and it sure seemed to. It’s cooling in the fridge now. Will let you know how it goes! I have a freezer full of berries and my berry patch is starting to ripen.

my spoiled birds are gonna be mad tomorrow it was too hot today to bake treats so they won't be getting there normal Monday morning treats they will have to deal with live mealworms for breakfast i know I'm gonna get chicky snears tomorrow and the dogs and cats are gonna ignore me to they will get pig ears and salmon sticks but there not getting baked treats so they are gonna be mad so spoiled
