For 3, 2, 1 cake, you combine one box of angel food cake, and one box of any regular cake mix in a container. After mixing the powders, you can transfer to mason jars for easy storage in the pantry.
Mix:
3 Tb mix
2 Tb water in a bowl or mug
1 minute in the microwave.

Never use Cake Mixes...this is interesting. What are the results. A cake

Pie is out! Crust is a little soggy on the bottom but the top was nice. I baked it on a pizza pan to save my oven but I’ll have to View attachment 2207928View attachment 2207929rethink that.

Yes, cake for one. If you use vanilla cake mix, it has an odd taste. Strawberry or chocolate works better. Even Funfetti.

For some reason, that cake reminds me of an old recipe that made the rounds where I used to work...1 cake mix + 1 egg + 1 can of pumpkin puree to make muffins. The spice cake mix or the chocolate mix worked well for that.
